The kids were disappointed to find it wasn't a ride, but were soon laughing at the tomte's zooming across the roof to power the furnace or deliver presents (for a description about Tomte's and Jul Tomte, see one of my earlier posts)
At first we thought it was just going to be a sit on Santa's lap but we passed through a big snow arch and through a snow covered forest into a tomte village.
