One of the things we wanted to do on our trip was to try a bunch of American take-away food places that weren't available in Australia. We keep a record of what we ranked each one.
Here is the rankings that we put together (note that Chick-fil-A tanked pretty bad as it was an airport store and served Cameron a mouldy burger bun, and Chuck-E-Cheese was only attended by Tara and Brett so had less points of reference.)
Overall Dave's Hot Chicken and Cheesecake factory were run away winners, closely followed by In and Out Burger and Krusty Burger at Universal Studios). Chick-fil-A came last with the mouldy bread being one of the big reasons, followed by Starbucks (mostly due to a limited selection in the airport). Raising Cains was decent, but it was deemed that the sauce was good but the chicken was a bit bland without the sauce.
We also took a favourite's list for the themeparks:

The constant clouds of marijuana in LA and Flint
Fremont Street - too overstimulating
Blister Bugs in Vegas and the marijuana clouds
Not being able to ride the Fast & Furious Ride and every time I had to pee, Brett would beat me to the adult urinal and I got stuck having to pee in the kid-sized one.
The heat and rabid Shih-Tzus
Not a fart - but having to go to the toilet after Tom has been in there.
