Start of August - Rugby, Northern Lights and Smash Into Pieces

The start of August was pretty busy - I returned to work after our holiday, Tomas started at an international school and finally got his lessons in English and rugby started up again. To top all this off it was time for MalmöFest - a festival that sees most of Malmö's central area filled with rides and food vans as well as music stages.

This time we didn't visit the festival, except for the last day when one of Kristine's new favorite bands was playing - a Swedish band called Smash Into Pieces. They played on Friday 16th August at 5pm on the main stage in Stortorget:

We also continued to see the signs of the massive solar activity with raised levels of Northern Light notifications. At 11:30pm on the 12th of August we were lucky enough to catch them over the harbour at Västra Hamnen:

Finally, we finished up with a rugby game against Vänersborg/Karlstad:

We have one more game of the season, next weekend against Gothenburg, but this win locks us into the finals and most likely into top spot on the ladder.
